People’s Park Complex restaurant unit up for sale at $8m guide price

The EOI closes 20 May.

A ground-floor restaurant unit at People’s Park Complex is being offered for sale at a guide price of $8m, according to Realion Group member ETC, the sole marketing agent.

The sale will be conducted via an expression of interest (EOI) exercise, which will close on 20 May at 3 p.m., according to the company's press statement.

The unit has a strata area of about 1,615 square feet (sq ft) and is located beside the entrance linking directly to People’s Park Food Centre with frontage along a high-footfall area within the development.

Based on the guide price, the unit works out to about $4,955 per sq ft (psf). ETC said the last ground-floor strata unit transaction in the development was in August 2025 at around $5,032 psf.

The property is currently tenanted to a restaurant operator and provides immediate rental income, according to ETC. The layout includes a wide frontage and regular floor plate.

ETC head of investment advisory Swee Shou Fern said the unit is one of a small number of ground-floor units above 100 square metres in People’s Park Complex.

People’s Park Complex is a mixed-use development in Chinatown known for its retail and food and beverage activity.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
