Property Week: Preview of W Residences by CDL

This weekend sees the launch of the Sentosa Cove Seascape, a preview of the W Residences by City Developments at $2500-$3000 per square foot and the Lviv in Newton.

Sentosa Island is all spruced up with the addition of Resorts World and to complement that, more property will be launched on the island. Apart from the Sentosa Cove Seascape launch, there will also be a preview of the W Residences by City Developments Limited this coming weekend. At $2500-$3000 per square foot, this 99-year property has been getting many positive reviews.

Mr Ong Kah Seng, Manager of Consultancy and Research of Knight Frank Pte Ltd feels the property on Sentosa gets many good reviews because of their unique selling point.

"The unique selling point of Sentosa properties is the exclusivity the place offers. They have an exclusive waterfront lifestyle and with the integrated resort opening, activity in the area has picked up too."

If Sentosa is not your cup of tea, perhaps something closer to the city area might catch your eye. Recently launched freehold property Lviv is located at Newton area. This condominium is at $1900 per square foot and according to Ms Stacy Wong, Director of Project Marketing at Dennis Wee Group, they have good expectations towards the response of the launch.

"Even in the pre-launch, there were keen buyers and the response was very good. We are expecting good responses from the launch judging from this."

Due to launch this weekend is also the 76 Shenton condominium. Aptly named because its location is on 76 Shenton Way, this apartment was converted from what used to be an office building. Mr Ong is expecting good response based on the feedback he has gotten from interested buyers.

"We are expecting good response as we can see from the feedback we got from potential interested buyers. The launch will be strong judging from the positive responses."

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
