Two Lucky Plaza strata shops put up for sale at $11.4m

Units may be bought together or separately from $5.7m each.

Two adjoining freehold strata shops on the ground floor of Lucky Plaza have been put up for sale at a guide price of $11.4m.

The units may be purchased together or separately, with each shop priced from $5.7m, according to marketing agent CBRE.

The guide price translates to about $13,000 psf based on the combined strata area.

Each unit has a strata area of about 441 square feet and comes with food and beverage approval.

The shops are located near the atrium of Lucky Plaza, a freehold mixed-use development along Orchard Road with a six-storey retail podium.

The sale will be conducted through an Expression of Interest exercise. It will close on Thursday, 15 October.

No Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty or Seller’s Stamp Duty will apply to the acquisition.

Foreigners and corporate entities are eligible to buy the properties.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
