Raymond Moh

Mr. Moh is the CEO of iCOMPASS and the AI Risk Management (AIRM) Adviser to Cambridge Advisers Pte. Ltd., an award-winning regulatory compliance consulting firm.

A technopreneur with experience across regulated industries and a Registered Management Consultant (RMC) recognised by Enterprise Singapore, he combines a deep understanding of regulatory complexities with a forward-looking perspective on AI governance and global regulatory developments.

Prior to this, Mr. Moh sits in the pioneer cohort of the Fintech and Innovation Group development office in Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

He graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) Double Degree Program and attained MBA with distinction from University of Strathclyde. He was awarded the NUS Outstanding Engineering Alumni Award 2021, the Prestigious Engineering Achievement Award at the World Engineers Summit 2021 and has been featured in many media including The Business Times, Channel News Asia, CCTV, Associated Press, to name a few.
