Singapore Business Review Technology Enterprise Summit 2026: Turning AI ambition into enterprise value

Case studies on enterprise AI ROI take centre stage on 12 November in Singapore.

Most enterprises have already run their AI pilots. The Singapore Business Review Technology Enterprise Summit 2026, organised by Singapore Business Review, takes on what comes next — on 12 November at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel in Singapore, under the theme "AI at Scale: Proving Enterprise Value."

This case-study-led summit brings together leaders from technology, marketing, sales, customer experience, finance, logistics, and operations to examine how enterprises are converting AI investment into measurable growth, productivity, and resilience. Topics include AI governance, agentic systems, data readiness, workforce transformation, predictive decision-making, intelligent operations, customer engagement, and measuring ROI on AI.

Panel discussions are structured around the decisions enterprises face when scaling beyond the proof-of-concept stage. Sessions will cover leading the AI enterprise, scaling agentic AI with trust and governance, connecting marketing, sales, technology and customer experience, and redesigning operating models for AI readiness.

Confirmed speakers include Luc Grimond, managing director and senior partner at Boston Consulting Group; Kelvin Wong, chief technology officer, SASPAC Group digital chief information officer and head of ATSG at KPMG; Keith Leong, chief customer officer for enterprise at Singtel Singapore; Jayant Raman, head of AI partnerships for Asia Pacific at Oliver Wyman; Roy Wee, head of digital products and services at IHH Healthcare Singapore; James Fong, senior vice president of enterprise digital ecosystem and business at Changi Airport Group; and Varun Sharma, APAC head of data and analytics at HEINEKEN Asia Pacific.

The summit also offers an opportunity to connect with peers across industries navigating the same AI scaling challenges.

The summit runs from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the Waterfront Ballroom, Level 2, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
