Precision for Medicine widens APAC reach with new Singapore office

The new office will serve as its APAC hub for biomarker research.

Global clinical research and development company Precision for Medicine has opened a new office in Singapore, expanding its presence in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, it announced through a press release.

The office is its seventh location in APAC, adding to existing operations in Mainland China, Hong Kong, India, South Korea, Taiwan, and Australia.

According to Jing Ping Yeo, Vice President of Clinical Operations at Precision, the Singapore office will serve as a regional hub for biomarker-driven clinical research programs.

Yeo said it will support coordination across the APAC region and integration with the company’s global operations.

James Cheong, Senior Vice President for APAC, added that the office will provide local oversight and support for clinical trials in the region.

The company noted that its APAC operations include a team of over 500 employees.

Precision for Medicine provides biomarker-driven clinical research and development services globally and is part of the Precision Medicine Group.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
