InnoTek secures $30m SGX grant to fund investor outreach

The grant covers 50% co-funding of approved professional advisory costs.

InnoTek Limited has secured an Elevate Grant under Singapore Exchange’s $30m Value Unlock Programme to boost investor outreach with WeR1 Consultants Pte. Ltd.

The grant is one of two grant schemes under the programme, which provides 50% co-funding of approved professional advisory costs for eligible listed firms seeking to strengthen their investor relations, corporate strategy, and financial management capabilities.

The group said it intends to strengthen engagement with institutional investors, research analysts, and business media as it expands beyond traditional precision metal components manufacturing.

Its recent developments include securing approved-vendor status with NVIDIA Corporation for GPU server components. In April, InnoTek completed a $16m private placement to fund its expansion into the artificial intelligence and new-energy sectors.

InnoTek said that beyond its manufacturing facilities in China, it is also expanding its manufacturing footprint in Southeast Asia, including Thailand and Malaysia.

WeR1 Consultants, the group's investor relations partner since 2004, has been appointed as the service provider under the Elevate Grant.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
