Coliwoo’s PATMI surges 62.9% to $22m in FY2025

This is thanks to the demand for co-living business.

Coliwoo Holdings Limited posted a core profit after tax and minority interests of $22.920m in FY2025, representing a surge of 62.9% over the previous year.

This performance reflects continued demand for the co-living business, Coliwoo said in a release. It excluded non-operational items such as fair value adjustments and IPO listing expenses.

Coliwoo’s gross profit rose by 5.5% to $33.078m and its gross profit margin increased by 11% to 71% during the period.

The business’s net profit attributable to equity holders, however, declined by 51.4% to $15.047m, which also decreased the earning per share at the same rate to $4.82 per share.

It also saw increased income from rentals and management services. Its rental income from owned properties grew by 23.9% to $7.5m whilst rental income from leased properties increased by 4.9% to $32.4m.

Management services income saw growth of over 100% to $3.5m, which Coliwoo said was spurred by the onboarding of new properties and an improved average occupancy rate across its portfolio.

Coliwoo’s occupancy rate stood at 96.1% during FY2025.

Coliwoo aims to grow its portfolio from 2,933 rooms as of end-September 2025 to nearly 4,000 rooms in Singapore by the end of 2026, it said in a release.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
