Perennial Holdings unveils Singapore's first private assisted living project
Assisted living packages start at about $8,000 per month.
Perennial Holdings has started Phase 1 operations at Perennial Living, Singapore’s first private assisted living development.
Located at 28 Parry Avenue, the 195,000-square-foot development includes the Perennial Wellness Centre, which provides medical care, rehabilitation therapies and traditional Chinese medicine services alongside hospitality, dining and lifestyle amenities.
Phase 1 includes the assisted living apartments, Perennial Wellness, and The Olive restaurant. The 100 nursing suites are open for bookings and are expected to begin operations in the fourth quarter of 2026 under Phase 2.

Perennial Wellness combines a Western medical centre with general practitioners, family medicine physicians and specialists, an imaging centre offering X-ray and ultrasound services, a hospital-grade rehabilitation and fitness centre, and a traditional Chinese medicine centre.
The facility also includes Singapore’s largest hydrotherapy pool in a private residential care setting.
Residents of the assisted living apartments and nursing suites will have access to personalised care and a panel of medical specialists, including cardiology, urology, rehabilitation medicine and pain management. Dedicated assisted living blocks and nursing suites also provide memory care support, including dementia care, alongside a purpose-built garden and therapy rooms.

The development is connected to a 1.5-hectare community park and includes The Olive restaurant, which serves nutritious and functional food.
The 200 assisted living apartments range from 302 to 569 square feet across four layouts. Units feature high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, kitchenettes and, for most units, private lift access. Smart features include fall detection, motion-sensor lighting, emergency response systems and facial-recognition access.

The 100 nursing suites range from 212 to 374 square feet and include nursing call bells, fall detection, motion-sensor lighting and facial-recognition access.
Basic assisted living packages start at approximately S$8,000 per month, while nursing suite packages start at approximately S$7,600 per month. Final rates depend on the unit’s size, layout, level and facing.
The assisted living package covers accommodation, housekeeping, meals, amenities, fitness equipment and social and wellness activities. Nursing suites additionally provide 24/7 nursing support, assistance with daily activities, medication and treatment administration, medical reviews and rehabilitation therapy.
All residents will undergo pre-admission medical assessments and six-monthly reviews, with care plans updated based on their health needs and goals.
Perennial Holdings Executive Chairman and CEO Pua Seck Guan said the development aims to create a community where seniors can maintain independence and purpose while receiving integrated medical care, hospitality and lifestyle support.
“By bringing these elements together under one roof, we hope to set a new benchmark for senior living in Singapore that enhances not just longevity, but quality of life,” he said.
