TOUCHpoint @ Capital Tower wellness centre unveiled

The workplace wellness centre offers a mindfulness clinic and a specialist musculoskeletal clinic.

TOUCH Community Services and CapitaLand have jointly launched TOUCHpoint@Capital Tower, a workplace wellness centre aimed for working adults and their families.

The centre, touted Singapore’s first integrated workplace wellness centre in the Central Business District (CBD), offers mental well-being and physical well-being activities such as counselling services and art therapy programmes.

The centre offers drop-in mindfulness clinics at MIND Concierge. MIND Concierge also offers one-to-one and family counselling services, art therapy programmes, and parent-child sessions during lunch hours.

For physical well-being, the centre has Kinesse, a specialist musculoskeletal clinic that offers physiotherapy services for pain management, sports, and activity-related injuries, joint and muscle conditions, and post-injury rehabilitation.

The centre also has AI-enabled physical and range of motion screening for movement tracking and personalised musculoskeletal assessments.

CapitaLand Hope Foundation will fund wellness programmes that aim to equip working adults, caregivers and families with the support, resources and skills needed for mental well-being, as well as to “build resilience and navigate challenges.”

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
