CDL unveils 570‑unit Lucerne Grand, set for 18 September preview

Sales bookings begin on 3 October.

Lucerne Grand in Lakeside Drive will be up for preview on 18 September, with sales bookings starting on 3 October, according to City Developments Limited (CDL).

The apartments are priced from $1.498m for a 624-square-foot (sq ft) two-bedroom unit, $1.988m for an 883-sq-ft three-bedroom unit, and $2.788m for a 1,152-sq-ft four-bedroom premium unit.

The development comprises 570 units across five 17-storey residential towers and is part of a mixed-use development directly linked to Lakeside MRT station.

It is also two stops from Jurong East MRT Interchange, IMM, Jem and Westgate shopping malls.

Nearby academic institutions include Rulang Primary School, River Valley High School and Nanyang Technological University. The development also has access to the Pan Island Expressway, Kranji Expressway, and Ayer Rajah Expressway.

Lucerne Grand is near the Jurong Innovation District, Jurong Gateway, new Science Centre and Jurong Point Shopping Centre, as well as Jurong Lake Gardens, Jurong East Sports & Recreation Centre, and ActiveSG Sport Village @ Jurong Town.

CDL said the development also includes Lucerne Galleria on Level 1, which will house a supermarket and F&B/retail options.

“With Lakeside MRT station right at its doorstep and its proximity to the Jurong Lake District and the serene Jurong Lake Gardens, this development provides homebuyers a distinctive combination of convenience, connectivity and nature,” said Sherman Kwek, Group CEO of CDL.

The developer said the residential development draws inspiration from Lucerne, Switzerland, featuring a mountain-and-lake design that combines nature and urban living.

It added that the development has a lap pool, co-working lounge, gymnasium, two clubhouses, and gourmet pavilions.

The apartments feature efficient layouts with kitchen appliances and smart home integrations.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
