Coliwoo to raise $101m in IPO

Residential project aimed to be added to firm’s 4,000-room, 25-site portfolio.

Coliwoo Holdings Ltd. plans to raise gross proceeds of $101m from its initial public offering of its co-living business, according to the prospectus it filed to the Singapore Exchange.

Coliwoo will issue 80.3 million new shares at 0.60 per share. These consist of 75 million in placement shares and 5.3 million in public offer.

LHN Group Chairman Kelvin Lim targets a post-IPO market capitalisation of $288.5m, and almost 4,000 rooms across the firm’s 25 properties in Singapore.

To date, Coliwoo owns 11 properties, leases 10, and manages four.

In Q12025, the company’s adjusted profit attributable to equity holders stood at $15.1m, up 81.9% compared to the same period last year.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
