Freehold detached house in White House Park up for sale

Colliers said it will be sold with approved schematics and plans.

A two-storey detached house at 435 Bukit Timah Road within the White House Park Good Class Bungalow area is up for sale by private treaty, according to its exclusive marketing agent Colliers.

The property comprises approximately 6,778 square feet of freehold land and occupies a corner plot in District 10.

It is zoned Residential under the URA Master Plan 2025.

Colliers said the current owner has commissioned Francis Koh, principal architect at AU79 Architect, to conduct a design study for the site.

The property will be sold with the approved schematics and plans, which the firm said can be amended to the buyer’s specifications, subject to approval from the authorities.

The property is near Stevens MRT station, which serves the Downtown and Thomson-East Coast lines, and is connected to major roads including the Pan-Island Expressway and Bukit Timah Road.

Nearby schools include Singapore Chinese Girls’ Primary School within 1km, and Nanyang Primary School and Anglo-Chinese School (Primary) within 2km.

Based on caveats lodged, only six transactions have been recorded in White House Park since 2020.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
