A good class bungalow (GCB) redevelopment site at 5 Jalan Sampurna has been sold for $31.3m, according to Savills, which brokered the transaction on behalf of the sellers.

The sale price translates to approximately $2,089 per square feet based on the site’s land area of about 14,982 square feet.

Located within the Oei Tiong Ham Park GCB Area, the freehold property occupies a corner plot with around 37 metres of street frontage and a depth of approximately 32 metres. Its regular configuration provides flexibility for the redevelopment of the site.
