Suburban leasehold condos logs decade-high price growth: Savills

The top five private residential projects recorded price appreciation of 50% to 60%.

High Park Residences, Botanique At Bartley, Forest Woods, Artra, and The Clement Canopy recorded the highest price appreciation of 50% to 60% over the past decade, according to Savills.

All five developments are 99-year leasehold properties, mostly comprising apartments and condominiums. Each has between 501 and 1,000 units, except for Artra, which is a mid-sized project with 201–500 units. High Park Residences is the only one that includes both apartments and houses.

High Park Residences saw the greatest increase in value, with a 59% appreciation. Its average resale price per square foot (psf) in H2 2024 was $1,575.15, up from its launch average of $989.86 psf.

Botanique At Bartley followed with a nearly 47% increase, whilst Forest Woods came in third at around 43%. Artra and The Clement Canopy rounded out the list with 42.53% and 41.84% growth, respectively.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
