We will ensure your order is delivered on your chosen date during checkout. If you have not selected a date yet, our salesperson will contact you to arrange it.

If you have entered incorrect delivery information, let us know via WhatsApp, email or call at least 3 days before the delivery date to make changes.

We offer island-wide delivery every day, starting at $20. Here are your options:

  • Standard Delivery (for all products exclud. Pandora):
    4 hour time range, 9am – 12pm OR 12pm to 4pm (+/- 30 mins)
    Delivery charge: $20 ($21.80 w/ GST)
    CBD and Offshore Areas: $30 ($32.70 w/GST)
    Min. order of $120 applies for delivery.
  • Specific Delivery (for all products exclud. Pandora):
    Specific Timing Delivery and Early Morning Delivery 8:00am onwards
    (+/- 30mins)
    Delivery charge $40 ($43.60 w/GST)
    CBD and Offshore Areas: $50 ($54.50 w/GST)
    Subject to availability
    Min. order of $120 applies for delivery.

    1 hour time range from 9am to 6pm (+/- 30mins)
    Delivery charge $30 ($32.70 w/GST)

  • Specific Delivery (for Pandora Party Platters):

  • Offshore Delivery: Applies to Jurong Island and Sentosa.

Yes, here are your delivery options: 

  • Early Morning Delivery: For orders before 9am, $45 ($49.05 with GST) (+/- 30mins)
  • Specific Timing Delivery (for Baby Full Month Boxes): Select a 1 hour time range between 9am – 5pm: $40 ($43.60 with GST) (+/- 30mins)

Yes, we deliver Monday to Sunday, Public Holidays included!

You can collect your treats at 30B Quality Road #02-00 Singapore 618826 from Mon – Sun 9:00AM – 5PM.

Pointed symbolises a baby boy, while flat represents a baby girl.

We recommend same day consumption for all items.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, or in the chiller (0°C to 4°C) if not serving immediately.

We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and credit card. For PayNow, please email enquiry@celebox.com.sg or WhatsApp us at +65 6235 2281 with your screenshot of payment transaction.

Please order at least 3 days in advance.

  2. Fill in your voucher number and details
  3. Select one of our 6 outlets for redemption
  4. Choose your preferred date and time for collection
  5. Submit the form
  6. Stay tuned for our E-Order Confirmation to your email!

Kindly provide at least 3 working day’s notice for collection.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be refunded if not redeemed.

We can arrange redelivery to the correct address for an additional $20 ($21.60 with GST) charge, subject to availability.

For changes, you may reply to our order confirmation email sent to you from enquiry@celebox.com.sg or WhatsApp us +65 6235 2281 with your Order ID. All changes must be made at least 3 working days prior to delivery date.
