Standard Delivery (for all products exclud. Pandora): 4 hour time range, 9am – 12pm OR 12pm to 4pm (+/- 30 mins) Delivery charge: $20 ($21.80 w/ GST) CBD and Offshore Areas: $30 ($32.70 w/GST) order of $120 applies for delivery.
Specific Delivery (for all products exclud. Pandora): Specific Timing Delivery and Early Morning Delivery 8:00am onwards (+/- 30mins) Delivery charge $40 ($43.60 w/GST) CBD and Offshore Areas: $50 ($54.50 w/GST) Subject to availability order of $120 applies for delivery.
Standard Delivery (for Pandora Party Platters): 1 hour time range from 9am to 6pm (+/- 30mins) Delivery charge $30 ($32.70 w/GST) CBD and Offshore Areas: $40 ($43.60 w/GST) order of $120 applies for delivery.
Specific Delivery (for Pandora Party Platters): Specific Timing Delivery and Early Morning Delivery 8:00am onwards (+/- 30mins) Delivery charge $45 ($49.05 w/GST) CBD and Offshore Areas: $55 ($59.95 w/GST) Subject to availability order of $120 applies for delivery.
Delivery Additional Surcharges:
Central Area Surcharge: Applies to Robinson, Marina Square, Orchard, and Bras Basah. Central areas denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: – Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08 – Marina Square – 03, 17 – Orchard – 22, 23, 24 – Bras Basah – 18, 19
Offshore Delivery: Applies to Jurong Island and Sentosa.
A minimum of 3 days in advance is needed for all orders. Complicated & customised items will have additional lead time stated on product page.
Bulk or Large purchase will require 2 weeks advance order. We only confirm delivery upon receiving payment.
If there is no show/collection upon delivery, there will be no exchange or refund. Re-delivery will be charged at $20 per trip.
If you are not available to receive your order at the agreed-upon delivery time, our delivery team will securely leave the order at your doorstep or another safe location. Photographic evidence will be provided as confirmation of delivery.
In cases where redelivery is requested following the provision of delivery proof, such requests will be considered as placing a new order, subject to product availability and delivery charges.
In the event that we are unable to confirm and/or verify any orders received through the mobile number provided to us, we reserve the right to cancel the said order.
