Our directors, Mr Mark Lee and Ms Sarah Yeo were invited to speak at Leadvisor Global’s (Shanghai, China) international conference.
The conference is part of Leadvisor Global’s Overseas Investment Series (Singapore Session) catering to high-net worth individuals and foreign companies looking to invest in Singapore.
Our directors were invited to co-host the conference and share their experience on the various investment vehicles available in Singapore, considerations on shareholding structures and board compositions for private limited companies, amongst other issues. A particular emphasis of the conference also focused on the subject of cross-border joint ventures.
