It is time to discover Singapore’s multi-religious and multi-cultural heritage right in the heart of the Bras Basah.Bugis precinct. Organised by the Ningpo Guild, this special June School Holidays Edition will have kids learning intriguing facts about the origins of street names in the area and how various places of worship came to be located along the same street. The event kicks off with participants learning the craft of video editing. This skill will come in handy when they navigate the back alleys of the Bugis and Waterloo neighbourhoods, snapping some amazing memories as they discover vibrant wall art and inspiring architecture. Every year, sadly, about 160 children in Singapore are diagnosed with cancer. To honour Our Young Survivors and Support Our Young Warriors, LOVE, NILS is organising a heartfelt “Stories of Hope” Art Exhibition initiative aimed at celebrating these brave children and raising funds to support their ongoing journey towards health and happiness.
