A Magical Marina Christmas at RSYC

Looking for a festive outing that’s a little different this December? Head over to the Republic of Singapore Yacht Club (RSYC) and witness the historic marina transform into a sparkling waterfront wonderland all month long. The club’s Christmas Light-Up, which took place on 5 December 2025, set the mood for the real showstopper on 13 December — the Christmas Boat Light-Up Parade. Open to the public, visitors to the club’s members-only grounds are in for a real treat!

From 6–9 pm, visitors can wander along 52 West Coast Ferry Road and take in the magical sight of twinkling yachts decked out in fairy lights, Christmas trees, and whimsical nautical décor. Whether you’re watching from the shoreline or strolling the promenade, the shimmering reflections across the water promise pure festive joy, not forgetting plenty of photo ops for the kids!.

Families looking for stocking stuffers can bag some gifts from the cosy festive market filled with artisanal crafts. Prefer some yummy seasonal treats or hands-on activities instead? You’ll find those too. And for an early dose of Christmas cheer, drop by on 12 December for a static illuminated boat display, carnival games, balloon sculpting, and even Christmas carolling — the perfect start to a family weekend.

This year’s parade also kicks off RSYC’s Bicentennial celebrations, leading into a year of exciting maritime heritage events in 2026. A gleaming, glowing start to the holidays — and a uniquely Singaporean one at that!
