When the feasting is over and the visiting is complete, let the celebrations continue at Mandai Wildlife Reserve. From now till 3 March 2026, the precinct comes alive with a festive line-up of activities across Mandai Wildlife East and Mandai Wildlife West—perfect for parents looking to stretch the celebrations beyond the dining table.
Show off your best poses at the colourful displays and interactive installations or soak in the horse-picious vibes with calligraphy topiaries spelling “马” (horse).
There’s also a little festive thrill for early birds: the first 188 visitors daily to Curiosity Cove (the newly opened indoor playscape) or any of the five wildlife parks—Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Wonders, Bird Paradise and Rainforest Wild Asia—will receive a limited-edition gold coin embossed with the Year of the Horse, a sweet keepsake for little collectors.
You can also catch the cutest animal ambassadors joining in the fun, “revealing” festive greetings and lucky numbers for plenty of giggles during the stage presentations across the parks.
Over at the Singapore Zoo, the much-loved Breakfast in the Wild gets a Lunar New Year glow-up, with special appearances by adorable falabellas—the world’s smallest horse breed—alongside familiar favourites like orangutans and penguins. There’s even a new Hello from the Wild: Horse experience, where kids can meet ponies and falabellas up close with animal keepers.
Want more festive fun? Browse retail outlets across the Mandai Wildlife Reserve for festive apparel and accessories—from tangerine bags and purses to red packets made from plantable paper that grow into flowers and herbs.
