TEC opens 13th Singapore workspace in CBD

The office is supported by reception, IT and hospitality staff, including a barista.

The Executive Centre Ltd. (TEC) has opened its 13th location at IOI Central Boulevard Towers, in the heart of the Marina Bay area of Singapore's central business district, reflecting growing demand from multinational clients seeking premium, flexible workspaces.

TEC’s first workspace at IOI on the 32nd level opened late last year, with a second space on Level 40 scheduled to follow in mid-2026. Each floor offers ample workstations and collaborative areas, supported by a dedicated team of receptionists, information technology (IT) staff, and hospitality personnel, including a barista and mixologist.

Yvonne Lim, regional managing director, Southeast Asia at The Executive Centre, said the building’s location was a key factor.

“IOI itself is in a very strategic location,” she told Singapore Business Review via Zoom. “It’s well connected via the MRT with access from One Raffles Quay and the Downtown Line, which makes this site very attractive for our members.”

The centre provides a mix of private offices, meeting rooms, lounges, an event space, phone booths, and a wellness area with a massage chair.

Ergonomic furnishings, including height-adjustable desks and premium chairs, are offered to enhance comfort.

Members also have access to all-day food and beverage services. The morning café shifts to a bar in the evening, offering a wide selection of cocktails, wines, and spirits. “Our resident mixologist can craft over 200 cocktails,” Lim said.

Technology forms a core part of the workspace. The centre is equipped with robust IT infrastructure, including advanced telephony, routers, conferencing systems, bluetooth access, and high-speed cabling. Members can also access on-site support via the Tech Bar.

The IOI development itself has been designed with sustainability in mind. It holds BCA Green Mark Platinum and WiredScore Platinum certifications, featuring energy-efficient cooling, LED lighting, double-glazed façades, water-saving fixtures, electric-vehicle charging, cycling facilities, and landscaped areas for well-being.

Lim said TEC’s approach blends operational efficiency with long-term sustainability. “We built a quality centre designed to operate efficiently for over 10 years, providing a flexible workspace that meets both operational and sustainability needs,” she added.
