Tender for Kaki Bukit Road 4 awarded to NSS Properties

The company bid almost $66 million for the industrial site.

According to a release, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the industrial site at Kaki Bukit Road 4 to NSS Properties Pte Ltd. The company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.

The tender for the industrial site was launched on 24 August 2011 and closed on 20 October 2011. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 30-year lease term.
