Keppel Infra Trust's distributable income falls 17% to $140.1m

The decline reflects the absence of $44.1m in 2025 divestment gains.

Keppel Infrastructure Trust reported a distributable income (DI) of $140.1m for the first nine months, down 17% year-on-year (YoY) from $168.9m.

The decrease reflected the absence of $44.1m in divestment gains recorded in 2025. Excluding these gains, the group’s DI increased 12.3% YoY to $140.1m.

Funds from operations (FFO) grew 14.8% YoY to approximately $293.7m, driven by the energy transition segment, which increased 15.1% YoY to $176.6m, and the distribution and storage segment, which rose 15.3% to $76.5m.

Digital infrastructure contributed $11.9m, compared with no contribution YoY, whilst the environmental services fell 20.1% YoY to $28.7m from $36m.

The group attributed part of the growth in energy transition FFO to its additional 39% stake in KMC and acquisition of German Solar Portfolio II.

Total asset DI, after debt repayments and debt-funded maintenance capex, rose 8.2% YoY to $210.7m, whilst lower corporate expenses further supported DI growth.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
