CDL sells 350 Lucerne Grand units on launch weekend

The project is priced at an average of $2,480 per square foot.

City Developments Limited (CDL) has sold 350 units, or 61%, of the 570-unit Lucerne Grand at Lakeside Drive on its launch weekend.

CDL said the 17-storey development saw strong demand across all unit types, with two, three, and four-bedroom premium units amongst the most popular.

Apartments are priced from $1.5m for a two-bedroom unit of 624 square feet (sq ft), $2m for a three-bedroom unit of 883 sq ft, and $2.8m for a four-bedroom premium unit of 1,152 sq ft.

Singaporeans accounted for about 93% of buyers, whilst the remaining 7% are permanent residents from Malaysia, China, India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and South Korea, CDL said.

Lucerne Grand is part of a rare mixed-use development directly linked to the Lakeside MRT station.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
