CDL’s Lucerne Grand draws 4,000 preview visitors

Apartment prices start from $1.498m for two-bedroom units and $1.988m for three-bedroom units.

City Developments Limited’s (CDL) 570-unit Lucerne Grand attracted 4,000 visitors during its preview weekend from 18 to 20 September.

The residential development was described as a modern lakeside retreat designed to blend nature with urban living. Located near the Jurong Lake District, the new residential development is directly linked to the Lakeside MRT station and comprises 17-storey towers.

The development also features Lucerne Galleria on Level 1, which will house a supermarket and offer retail and food and beverage options.

Sales bookings for Lucerne Grand will commence on 3 October.
