Frasers Property to redevelop Yishun 10 into mixed-use project by 2031

The mall is expected to cease operations on 2 March 2027.

Frasers Property plans to redevelop retail mall Yishun 10 into a mixed-use development comprising about 110 residential units and a street-level retail podium, with completion slated for 2031.

The project is targeted for launch in mid-2027, whilst the mall is expected to cease operations on 2 March that year.

The group said it will continue to manage the facility until its closure, adding that the project will be the first residential launch in Yishun Central in more than a decade.

The site, located next to Yishun MRT Station and Yishun Integrated Transport Hub, will be connected to Northpoint City through the existing underground pedestrian network.

Meanwhile, Frasers Property has launched the “Yishun 10 Memories” initiative, inviting the public to contribute stories, photographs, and memorabilia related to the mall.

In addition, the group is considering upcycling selected artefacts and incorporating community stories, artworks, and interpretive murals into the new development.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
