JustCo secures 80% retail commitment at Orchard Road hub

JustCo Place will house brands spanning fitness, F&B, and entertainment.

Flexible workspace operator JustCo Holdings Ltd has secured leasing commitments for 80% of the retail space in its integrated “work, live, connect” hub at 160 Orchard Road.

JustCo Place, which also comprises a coworking centre and a coliving offering, will house several brands spanning fitness and wellness, food and beverage, and entertainment.

Amongst those that have committed are New York performance training brand AARMY, Michelin Bib Gourmand Korean restaurant Gwanghwamun Mijin, and homegrown karaoke brand K.STAR Karaoke.

British fitness brand Karve will also open its first studio in Singapore and Southeast Asia at JustCo Place.

Retailers will progressively start operations from December, according to JustCo.

The coworking centre, which occupies levels 3 and 4, opened in September with 100% occupancy.

Meanwhile, the coliving offering is expected to open in 2027, comprising 123 fully furnished apartments across levels 6 to 10.

JustCo will operate it under its Just At brand through an asset-light management contract.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
