Tender for Tampines North Drive 4 site opens

The site is under the first half of the 2023 IGLS Programme.

JTC has opened the tender Plot 7 at Tampines North Drive 4.

The site is the first of four Confirmed List sites for the first half of the 2023 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.

Plot 7 has a site area of 2.03 Ha and a gross plot ratio of 2.5 Ha.

According to JTC, the successful tenderer may, with the prior written approval of JTC and the relevant authorities, strata subdivide the land or any part
thereof.

"Interested parties can purchase the Tenderer’s Packet at $181.90 each (inclusive of GST) at https://go.gov.sg/jtc-igls-tp," JTC said.

The tender for the site will close on 28 March at 11am.
