Visa and STB partner to boost tourism appeal

Nighttime experiences will get a spotlight under the new agreement.

Visa and the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) have formalised a partnership to boost Singapore’s tourism appeal through targeted offers, data-driven insights, and co-branded marketing.

Under a memorandum of understanding, the groups will develop travel benefits and experiences across attractions, dining, entertainment, retail, and tours, showcasing local businesses through partnerships with Singapore Airlines’ Pelago and Grab.

The initiative will offer global Visa cardholders exclusive packages at key attractions and promote nighttime experiences in Singapore.

Visa and STB will also leverage Visa’s global cardholder data to identify high-value tourism opportunities and launch co-branded campaigns combining Visa Destinations with STB’s Passion Made Possible brand.

Visa also announced Singapore’s inclusion in its Visa Destinations platform, which will support new partnerships and experiences targeting high-value travellers across the city’s tourism precincts.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
