Access Partnership closes $16.6m raise with Mayfair and Kartesia

The firm plans to use the capital for acquisitions and to deepen its global footprint.

Technology advisory firm Access Partnership (AP) has raised fresh capital to expand its capabilities, deepen its global footprint, and pursue strategic acquisitions.

AP said the capital raise was completed in partnership with investors Mayfair Equity Partners and Kartesia, and includes an additional investment of nearly $16.6m (US$13m) from Mayfair.

“This new investment reflects our belief that Access Partnership is well placed to capture significant growth opportunities ahead, and we are proud to continue backing the firm and its people,” said Waqqas Ahmad, founding partner at Mayfair Equity Partners.

AP CEO Gordon Tempest-Hay said the transaction gives the company the platform to do even more, amidst growth opportunities in Asia, North America, Europe and the Middle East.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
