Condo resale prices jump 10.8% YoY in November

Across submarkets, RCR posted the highest year-on-year price increase.

Condo resale prices rose for the 28th consecutive month in November, climbing 10.8% YoY and 1.1% MoM, data from 99.co and SRX showed.

Across submarkets, the Rest of Central Region (RCR) posted the highest year-on-year increase in prices at 12.2%, followed by Outside Central Region (OCR) (10.8%), and Core Central Region (CCR) (7.8%).

Month-on-month, CCR recorded the highest price increase of 2.7%, followed by RCR (1.8%), and OCT (0.1%).
