This comes as the company's deputy chairman retires.
ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited has appointed Chew Hock Yong and Ang Fung Fung as independent non-executive directors amidst the board’s renewal and succession planning.
Chew will join the sustainability committee and assume the chairmanship of the board risk committee from 1 January 2027, whilst Ang will join the Audit Committee and the board risk committee, the company said.
Meanwhile, ComfortDelGro’s deputy chairman Choi Shing Kwok will retire from the board on 31 December after three years in the role.
