Infant Care Programme (2 months to months)
At this stage, babies are curious little explorers. The Infant Care Programme nurtures this natural curiosity by focusing on emotional bonding, sensory development, and early socialisation. With gentle introductions to routines, music, and language, it sets the foundation for all the learning to come.
Playgroup Programme (18 months to 3 years)
As toddlers begin to develop their social and communication skills, the Playgroup Programme encourages interaction, sharing, and early cognitive growth. Through playful activities, children explore colours, shapes, numbers, and motor skills – all while having fun and building curiosity.
Preschool Programme (3 to 4 years)
At this age, children are sponges, soaking up new information. The Preschool Programme expands language, literacy, numeracy, and social skills through storytelling, arts and crafts, and problem-solving activities, laying the groundwork for future academic learning
Kindergarten 1 & 2 (Ages 4 to 6)
Star Learners’ Kindergarten programme is designed to prepare children for a smooth transition to primary school by nurturing foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development. – Write a Rainbow™ – Story Creation & Writing: The programme introduces story elements from Playgroup and progressively develops creative writing skills throughout the preschool years. It culminates in children writing and publishing their own original stories, fostering creativity, collaboration, and self-expression.
– Stanley Starfish™ – Character Building. This signature programme is thoughtfully designed to help children learn core values and develop social-emotional skills through purposeful teaching and everyday experiences. Through stories, discussions, games, role play, and dramatisation, children explore 10 key values such as respect, responsibility, cooperation, gratitude, resilience, and integrity, alongside essential social-emotional competencies like emotional regulation and friendship-building. These values are reinforced not just in lessons but also in daily interactions, allowing children to experience them in authentic and meaningful ways.
– Math Programme – Building Numeracy Skills: The in-house Math Programme covers five key areas—Numbers, Patterns, Geometry, Measurement, and Data. It builds foundational numeracy skills and prepares children for primary-level mathematical thinking.
– Reading Programme – Synthetic Phonics: Beginning in Nursery 2, the Reading Programme uses Code Cracker Phonics to teach 44 English sounds and spelling patterns, focusing on blending, fluency, and comprehension. It builds reading confidence and nurtures learning resilience.
– Chinese Language & Culture – 乐中学，施中学: This immersive, play-based Mandarin programme engages children through stories, games, and hands-on cultural activities like calligraphy, poetry, and brush painting. Hanyu Pinyin and Chinese idioms are introduced at the Kindergarten level, cultivating a lasting love for the language and its culture.
– Ready Steady Go Kids – Multi-sports Programme

Affordable and Accessible Quality Early Childhood Education

Affordable Preschool Education at Star Learners
Star Learners offers quality preschool education at affordable fees—from $680 for Singaporeans and $990 for foreigners, depending on the centre’s location and programmes. As a Partner Operator (POP) preschool appointed by ECDA, its fees are capped to stay affordable. Come 2026, fees will lower by another $30 for its programmes for Singaporeans. Subsidies are available for working and non-working mothers, with additional support for lower-income families.
