Best Quality Bilingual Infant Care and Preschool 2026

For many parents working in or staying within a direct train ride away in Singapore’s CBD, the most stressful part of the day isn’t the meetings or deadlines—it’s the race to pick up their children on time. The dread of arriving late, of seeing their little ones waiting anxiously as other classmates leave with their parents, weighs heavily. The guilt of being the last parent to arrive is a familiar ache.

That’s why Tots & Teddies, located right in the heart of the city, offers such reassurance. With its proximity to both Telok Ayer and Raffles Place MRT stations, parents can leave the office and be at their child’s side within minutes.

No frantic rush, no anxious waiting—just the comfort of being present when it matters most!

FEATURES

Location & Accessibility
Situated at 138 Cecil Street, Cecil Court, Tots & Teddies is a short walk from Telok Ayer MRT and Raffles Place MRT. For parents who don’t drive, this proximity is a game-changer—no long detours, no stressful commutes. Just a quick stroll from the office to your child’s classroom.
Healthy, Balanced Meals
Beyond being nutritious, the meals here are a hit with little foodies. Children delight in favourites like Homemade Baked Curry Potato Cheese Bun, Japanese Salmon Rice Ball, British Style Fish & Chips (Baked Potato Wedges, White Cabbage and Carrot Coleslaw with Yoghurt), and Eight Treasure Brown Rice (Carrot, Corn, Mushroom, Prawn, Edamame, Capsicum, Tofu and Broccoli). Even desserts are packed with goodness, from New York Cheesecake with Blueberries to Spiced Carrot Raisin Oatmeal Yoghurt Cake – with no added sugar!

At Tots & Teddies, the preschool believes that snacking sets the foundation for healthier, happier children. By removing added sugars from selected snacks, little ones enjoy steadier energy, sharper focus, brighter smiles with fewer cavities, and a stronger start for long‑term wellbeing.
Additionally, parents can also choose to enroll their children in the dinner service, which is served at 5:00 p.m. This thoughtful option means little ones can nap comfortably on the way home, while parents are spared the hassle of preparing snacks.
All these attention to details explain why the Centre has recently been conferred the Healthy Meals in Preschool Programme (HMPP) Enduring Excellence Award by the Health Promotion Board.
Safe, Homely Environment
The school is meticulously maintained, with twice-daily cleaning routines, carefully cleaned and sanitised toys, and medical-grade HyperHEPA air purifiers. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming—more like a second home away from home. .

To further ensure a safe and protected environment, children use a thoughtfully curated handwash made with plant‑based ingredients, essential oils, and botanical extracts which is completely free from harsh chemicals. Curated by the owner of the brand herself, LeBuds is gentle on young skin giving parents peace of mind and children the freedom to learn and play with confidence.
Low Teacher-Student Ratio
With a ratio of 1:3 for infants and 1:5 for playgroups and 1:10 for Pre-Nursery to Kindergarten 2, each child receives personalized attention. Parents can feel reassured knowing their child is truly seen, heard, and nurtured to achieve developmental milestones accordingly!

To the wonderful team at Tots & Teddies and Miss Joey, this has been an amazing experience for us and our daughter at Tots and Teddies. The school has a family oriented environment and it became our daughter’s second big family. She was so happy to go to school and she came home super happy. Since the first moment I visited your school, I knew it was going to be a great place for our little one.
The teachers and all the staff are so caring to the children. The activities are so jolly and well organized. They have mornings to share breakfast with parents or afternoon tea with the parents. Parents are welcomed to participate in the school trips and other activities. Tots and Teddies is a wonderful place for children to grow, learn and make friends! Children have so much fun! Thank you so much for all the care, patience, support and nurture to our daughter! – And R, Parent

I have sent both my kids here since they were ~5 months old; my eldest is now in N1. The tight-knit teaching team and personalised attention given to each child has helped them thrive, and we would highly recommend this school to parents considering preschools in the CBD area. My son was born very premature and had a speech delay, and we credit his teachers (especially his chinese teacher) for helping him find his speaking voice. – C Chan, Parent
