Singapore Airlines launches non-stop flights to Gatwick Airport in London

The airline will begin its services at the London airport in June 2024.

Starting June 2024, Singapore Airlines will have non-stop flights from and to London’s Gatwick Airport.

In an announcement, the airline said it will operate five times weekly services in the airport using its Airbus A350-900 aircraft.

The airline will have flights from Singapore to the Gatwick Airport on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

The inaugural flight for the route will depart Singapore on 21 June 2024 and arrive in London on 22 June 2024, local time.

Meanwhile, flights from Gatwick Airport to Singapore will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

The inaugural return flight for the route will depart on 22 June 2024 and arrive in Singapore on 23 June 2024.

With the addition of Gatwick Airport, Singapore Airlines’ total number of flights to the United Kingdon’s capital has increased from 28 to 33 weekly services.

Gatwick’s addition also increases the number of European destinations in the airline’s network to 14.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
