ST Engineering injects more capital into US units

It poured rougly $4.03m.

ST Engineering has injected today announced that VT aerospace has injected $2.72m (US$2.06m) and $1.31m (US$995,000) into the capital of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Aviation Academy of America (AA) and VT Aviation Services (VTAS) respectively.

This would bring VT Aerospace’s total investments in AAA and VTAS to $3.78m (US$2.86m) and $1.32m (US$996,000) respectively.

Marketed as part of ST Aerospace’s global network, AAA works in tandem with ST Aerospace's commercial pilot training academy, to offer an integrated suite of pilot training services to customers around the world.

These capital injections are not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
