ISOTeam launches $20m multicurrency commercial paper facility programme

It will be listed on the SDAX Platform operated by SDAX Exchange.

ISOTeam launched a new $20m multicurrency multitranche unsecured commercial paper (CP) facility programme entirely in digital securities to be listed on the SDAX Platform operated by SDAX Exchange.

Under the SDAX Multicurrency CP Programme, ISOTeam will decide whether CPs are offered to accredited and institutional investors or retail investors only.

The company also launched its inaugural issue under the programme on the SDAX Exchange, available exclusively to accredited and institutional investors, with an interest rate of 4.90% per annum and a three-month maturity.

ISOTeam expects to raise between $3m and $5m from accredited investor(s) and institutional investor(s) under the 3-month Series 001 SDAX Issuance, which shall be determined by the Board after taking into account demand from investors.

Proceeds from the SDAX Multicurrency CP Programme will be used for general working capital purposes.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
