Final prospectus for OUE C-REIT registered

OUE announced that OUE C-REIT's final prospectus has been registedred by the Monetary Authority of Singapore following the preliminary prospectus filing last January 10.

Together with the final prospectus announcement, OUE confirmed that MAS has issued OUE C-REIT's manager, OUE REIT Management Pte. Ltd., with a capital market services licence for real estate investment trust management pursuant to the Securities and Futures Act, Chapter 289 of Singapore (SFA).

MAS has also authorised OUE C-REIT as an authorised collective investment scheme under Section 289(1) of the SFA.
