Silverlake Axis poised for growth on back of Finzsoft acquisition

It now has market access to Australia and New Zealand.

Silverlake Axis is poised for growth thanks to its accretive acquisition of Finzsoft Solutions. According to UOB Kay Hian, the deal is has allowed Silverlake to have initial market access to Australia and New Zealand.

“Silverlake Axis has incorporated a new company named Silverlake HGH with HGH Ltd to undertake a full takeover of Finzsoft Solutions at NZ$3.00 per share. We expect the NZ$25.7m deal to take place by end-Mar 15. In addition, there are plans in China to develop local Chinese suppliers to facilitate the replacement of foreign technology,” stated the report.
