Singtel’s RE:AI launches token-based AI service for enterprises

It is powered by sovereign AI cloud and integrated technology stack.

RE:AI, Singtel Digital InfraCo's sovereign artificial intelligence (AI) cloud business, has launched AI Token-as-a-Service (TaaS), a managed service that companies can use to deploy AI.

AI TaaS will help firms address AI costs, model management, and data sovereignty challenges, Singtel said in an announcement on 1 October.

TaaS provides enterprises with access to AI models, scalable infrastructure, orchestration and governance capabilities through a flexible, token-based consumption model, Singtel said.

TaaS offers flexible subscriptions that allow enterprises to choose the token volumes they need for applications, including internal queries, software development and agentic AI, which can be used to automate workflows, conduct market research and review documents.

This gives enterprises access to multiple AI models without having to purchase or manage them separately, Singtel said.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
