Frasers Property unveils One Bangkok

Its retail component spans 160,000 sqm and will feature over 900 stores.

Frasers Property has unveiled One Bangkok, connecting the business districts of Sathorn and Silom with Rama IV Road, and features premium offices, luxury and lifestyle hotels, residential towers, retail experiences, and a year-round lineup of arts and culture activities.

The group gathered its collective expertise and experience to develop the sustainable and fully-integrated district in the core of Bangkok, according to Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Frasers Property’s group CEO.

The retail component, One Bangkok Retail, spans 160,000 sqm and will feature over 900 stores within its Retail Loop. The initial phase includes the opening of Parade and THE STOREYS on 25 October, with POST 1928 expected to launch at a later phase.

Parade, a community-focused space covering 85,000 sqm, includes Mitsukoshi Depachika, a Japanese supermarket and food hall. THE STOREYS, at 35,000 sqm, includes contemporary brands across fashion and lifestyle sectors.

POST 1928, set to cover 40,000 square meters, will bring a curated mix of high-end retail and dining, with Michelin-starred restaurants and an art experience space.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
