SingPost appoints new lead independent director

Gan Chee Yen will replace Fang Ai Lian.

Singapore Post Limited has appointed Gan Chee Yen as the new lead independent director in place of Fang Ai Lian.

The group’s board of directors now comprises Teo Swee Lian, chairman and non-executive and non-independent director; Gan Chee Yen, non-executive and lead independent director; and Chng Lay Chew, non-executive and independent director.

Chu Swee Yeok also joins the group as a non-executive and independent director, along with Gan Siok Hoon as a non-executive and non-independent director; Ng Chin Hwee, non-executive and independent director; and Yasmin Binti Aladad Khan, non-executive and independent director.
