Property developers to launch Altura EC in Bukit Batok

It is the first EC in the area in 20 years.

Qingjian Realty and Santarli Realty, award-winning property developers, have jointly launched Altura Executive Condominium.

In a joint statement, the property developers said the 360-unit development Bukit Batok West Avenue 8, featured living spaces, seamless connectivity, and greenery. It will be up for preview on 22 July, 2023.

The development’s proximity to Bukit Batok Station (North-South Line) and the future Tengah Plantation Station (Jurong Region Line) allows seamless connectivity to business hubs like the Jurong Lake District, dubbed as Singapore’s second Central Business District and The Metropolis at Buona Vista.
