AcroMeta eyes exclusive Southeast Asia rights for cell logistics tech
The proposed licence covers ambient-temperature transport of biological materials.
AcroMeta Group has entered into a non-binding term sheet with Macro HRD for an option to acquire an exclusive licence to deploy ambient-temperature cellular logistics (ATCLS) technology across agreed Southeast Asian markets.
The licence would allow the group to develop and commercialise the ATCLS business in the region, with the right to appoint sub-licensees.
ATCLS is designed to transport living cells and other temperature-sensitive biological materials without conventional refrigerated or cryogenic cold-chain systems.
The technology uses ambient-temperature preservation and reactivation methods, supported by a platform for real-time governance, chain-of-identity, and process control.
Macro-ATCLS Pte. Ltd. is the entity through which the technology is being commercialised.
AcroMeta said the agreement remains subject to further negotiations as the term sheet is non-binding.
