Singapore outpaces APAC peers as logistics rents jump 7% in H2 2025

Demand and limited supply pushed the logistics rent.

Singapore’s logistics rents rose 7% in the second half (H2) of 2025, the highest increase amongst Asia-Pacific markets, leading regional gains as total Asia-Pacific logistics rents rose 0.2% for the year, according to a Knight Frank report.

Demand from manufacturers and third-party logistics providers for specialised facilities drove the rental growth amid a tight supply pipeline for logistics space, the report said.

Whilst Singapore recorded strong gains, the broader Asia-Pacific market saw a 0.3% rise in H2 2025, with growth across most regional markets projected to remain below 2% in 2026.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
