Advance SCT completes acquisition of wastewater treatment plant in Shenyang

The aggregate consideration for the entire stake in the plant owner was RMB 9 million.

Advance SCT Limited and its subsidiary Green World Holdings Ltd had completed the acquisition of the entire equity interest in B&F Envirotech (Shenyang) Co. Ltd., a wholly-owned foreign enterprise incorporated in Shenyang, China.

The enterprise owns and operates a 20,000 tonne/day wastewater treatment plant in the district of Xinglongpu under a 30-year Build-Operate-Transfer contract from this year.

Advance SCT said that it has been agreed with the vendor that the company will accrue profit from the enterprise from 1 September 2012.
