SIIC Environment to acquire Global Envirotech for $341.2m

It will be paid in cash and shares.

SIIC Environment will fully acquire water treatment firm Global Envirotech for a total purchase consideration of RMB1.55b ($341.2m).

The deal will be paid for by paying RMB 151.7m in cash as deposit, while the balance of RMB 917.1b will be satisfied by the allotment and issue of 1.56b ordinary shares in the capital of the company.
