Silverlake Axis responds to SGX-ST's query

The clarification relates to dealing in Silverlake Axis’ securities.

The statement read:

The Board of Directors of Silverlake Axis Limited refers to the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2012 and wishes to inform that the Company has received a query from the SGX-ST in connection with Rule 1207(19)(b) of the Listing Manual.

The Board of Directors confirms its compliance with best practices on dealing with securities through quarterly notifications circulated internally to directors and officers that the Company, directors and officers should not deal in the Company’s securities during the period commencing two weeks prior to the announcement of the Company’s financial statements for each of the first three quarters of its financial year, and a period of one month prior to the announcement of the Company’s full year financial statements; when directors and officers are in possession of potentially price sensitive information; or on short term considerations.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
