UOL, Singland to launch Thomson Three on Saturday

It's a 21-storey condo project.

Thomson Three, a 21-storey condominium project with 435 apartments and 10 strata semi-detached houses, will be launched this coming Saturday (21 September).

This project is a 50/50 joint-venture between UOL Group Ltd and Singapore Land Limited.

The 99-year leasehold property is spread across approximately 145,000 square feet site at Upper Thomson Road.

Situated near MacRitchie and Lower Peirce Reservoir, Thomson Three is one minute’s walk away from the upcoming Upper Thomson MRT Station, providing easy access to Orchard Road, Shenton Way and Marina Bay.

Well connected to the rest of Singapore via Central Expressway, Pan Island Expressway and Seletar Expressway, residents will also enjoy close proximity to established schools.

Thomson Three is competitively priced at an average price of around $1,350 per square foot (psf). The typical one- to four-bedroom apartments range from 495 sq ft to 1,485 sq ft, while the strata semi-detached houses are 3,283 sq ft each.

On the preview response, Mr Kam Tin Seah, Senior General Manager, Investment & Strategic Development, said: “Response for Thomson Three has been strong with expression of interest from over 500 buyers.

We will be launching in phases and balloting the units. We believe the positive response was due to buyers recognising the close proximity to MRT Station and Thomson Plaza, the spacious layout and quality finishes.”

Designed by award-winning architects, P&T Consultants Pte Ltd, Thomson Three’s green architecture theme drew inspiration from nature advocating green lifestyle and sustainable development.

Each unit layout was carefully thought-out and designed to optimise cross-ventilation and space efficiency. All units will be equipped with high quality finishes and fittings such as marble flooring, built-in oven, refrigerator and washer cum dryer.

Other unique facilities include a floating gymnasium, children’s water play area, hydro gym and island lounges

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
